These terms govern your use of the AcroPrints website and purchases from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Business identity: These Terms of Service govern your use of the AcroPrints website and your purchase of any products sold by AcroForge Studios ("we," "us," "our").

PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

All products are made to order and printed after purchase. We describe designs and garments accurately and in good faith, but screen colors and print placement can vary slightly from previews. Original artwork is designed by AcroPrints; our anime- and gaming-inspired pieces are original concepts, not merchandise of any existing franchise.

PRICING & ORDERS

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. An order is an offer to buy — it is accepted when payment is captured. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock/production issues, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

PAYMENT

Payment is processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details. Order totals are calculated and verified on our server before capture.

ACCOUNTS

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for activity under your account. Guest checkout is available; guest orders can later be claimed to an account created with the same email.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Production and delivery estimates are shown before payment and in the Shipping & Returns policy. Estimates are good-faith windows, not guaranteed dates. You are responsible for entering a correct, complete shipping address — reshipping costs from address errors are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. If your order arrives defective or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion — see the returns page for the full process.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, designs, text, and branding on this site belong to AcroForge Studios. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them without written permission. Reviews and support messages you submit may be displayed on the site; you keep ownership of your words and grant us permission to display them.

PROHIBITED USE

Don't misuse the site: no tampering with checkout or pricing, no automated scraping of order/customer data, no fraudulent orders, no attempts to access other customers' accounts or information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, AcroPrints' liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before filing any formal dispute, contact us at acroforgestudios@gmail.com — most issues resolve faster that way.

CHANGES

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
