MADE TO ORDER

Each AcroPrints piece is prepared specifically after an order is placed — nothing is pre-made or pulled from warehouse stock. This lets us create pieces without overproducing inventory. Please allow approximately 2–5 days for production before your order ships.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time: 2–5 days

Every item is prepared after you order — nothing is pre-stocked. Production starts once payment is confirmed.

Products are printed and shipped from fulfillment facilities located in the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days from order confirmation, though production and shipping times may vary during high-volume periods (holidays, promotional events). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99 USD — free on US orders over $75.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment. International shipping rates may vary based on destination.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to become active after shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

DELAYS

If production or shipping is delayed beyond the stated estimates, we'll email you at the address on your order with a revised timeframe. If a delay means we can't meet a reasonable shipping window, you may cancel for a full refund before the order ships.

CANCELLATIONS

Because items are made to order, orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Email us as soon as possible — once printing starts, the order can no longer be cancelled. Cancellation requests: email acroforgestudios@gmail.com with your order ID.

RETURNS

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered. Sizing or change-of-mind returns aren't accepted on made-to-order items — see the Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy and request form.
