PRIVACY POLICY

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Account info — display name, email, and sign-in credentials (passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store them)
• Order info — name, email, optional phone, shipping address, items, sizes, and order status history
• Saved addresses & wishlist — only if you create an account and save them
• Reviews & support tickets — content you submit through the site
• Browser storage — cart contents, recently viewed, and a local event log kept on your device (see Cookie & Tracking Policy)

PAYMENTS

Payment is processed entirely by PayPal. We never see, collect, or store your card number or bank credentials — PayPal tells us only whether the payment succeeded, the amount, and a transaction reference. Do not send payment details to us by email.

HOW ORDERS ARE FULFILLED

Every item is made to order. When we submit your order for production, our production and shipping partners receive the product, size, color, and your shipping address — only what producing and delivering your order requires.

WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA

• PayPal — payment processing
• Google Firebase — authentication and database (orders, accounts)
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and the API that verifies payments
• Production & shipping partners — making and delivering your order
• Google Fonts — font delivery (standard request logging)

Email is currently sent from a Gmail account operated by AcroPrints. Order-related email is transactional only — we do not run marketing email yet.

ANALYTICS & ADVERTISING

We record basic browsing events (page views, product views, searches, add-to-cart, checkout starts) in our own database for internal statistics. These events contain no name, email, or address. The site also supports Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads, but none are enabled. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are running, and we do not sell or share your personal information for third-party marketing. You can disable analytics events on the cookies page. If we enable third-party analytics, this page and the Cookie & Tracking Policy will be updated first — and you can opt out there at any time.

• Check out as a guest — no account required
• Delete saved addresses or your account data by contacting us
• Opt out of analytics on the cookies page
• Clear local data anytime via your browser settings

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us — we'll handle it manually and confirm when it's done.

DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

Order records are kept for fulfillment, support, and bookkeeping. Access is restricted to your account and site administration, enforced by database rules. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect to what orders actually need.
